Refresher Course

My clinical instructor is checking our head to to assessments tomorrow so I did a little refresher, also made this to take with me 😅 There’s two kinds of Head to Toes that we did, one is way more thorough and we’d use sections of that for focused assessments or run the full thing in skills lab.
